Return with my July TBR | 2024

I am back (for now!). Life is very busy. Since last year, I have a lot more to do at work, I've moved house, and I have a lot more commitments outside of work, which is great, but means I've had a lot less time to read and blog. I've read 76 books so far this year, which is definitely a lot less than a normal year, but I want to prioritise reading again now that my mental health is doing better.

My plan for July is to finish a few series and to also read some books that I've had on my backlog for a while.

Hello and welcome to my June TBR. This month I won't be participating in any readathons and I'm making a smaller TBR so I can have some space to mood read a bit, and also because life is very busy and I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. My main plan is to read some books that have been on my TBR for a long time, and to start another fantasy series from the 10 Fantasy Series I Need to Read in 2023 Blog Post that I made at the start of the year.

May TBR | 2023

Hello and welcome to another TBR! May has come around so quickly. This month I won't be participating in any readathons, however, I'm still hoping to read a fair few books. My TBR is shorter this month so I can get to a few chunky fantasies that I didn't get to last month, and to give me some breathing room, because my job is about to get extremely busy and I'm going to have less time for reading, sadly! My main plan is to read at least one series to completion this month and to then read some books that have been on my TBR a while.

April TBR | 2023 Feat. Orilium Magical Readathon

You'll notice that I didn't make a March TBR because I was travelling for work and then got COVID, but I'm very excited to get back to TBRs and show you what I want to read in April. Unfortunately, I will once again be travelling for work so that will definitely interrupt my reading in the first week. However, as most of you will know, April also means it's time for the Magical Readathon (hosted by G from BookRoast) which is back again, and one of my favourite readathons. I will be trying to fulfil all 14 prompts so this is a bit of a longer TBR and we'll just hope I manage it. I've been reading a lot this year so I'm hoping I'll be able to get to all of these books. My main plan is to read some series to completion this month and knock off some books that have been on my TBR a while.

It's the start of another year so here's my TBR for January 2023. I'm hoping January will bring a good start to my reading year, and I've deliberately picked a few easy reads as well as some older books on my TBR to get off to a good start. A big focus this month is reading for the Final Book Support Group (created by StephLoves on YouTube), so I've got three books towards that. September 2022 | TBR feat. Bookaplothon

Hello Autumn! And welcome to my September TBR feat. BeccaandtheBooks' Bookoplathon! My August wrap-up will be coming in the next few days so keep an eye out for that (and it was so long that I've had to split it into two parts because I read so much). I aimed for 8 rolls and ended up with 10, which is fine with me. If I manage to read all of these earlier than expected then I'll roll as I go and add some more books. August 2022 | TBR feat. Orilium Autumn Equinox Magical Readathon

Can you believe we're already at August? As always, this is just a short post to show my TBR for next month. My July Wrap-up will be coming in the next few days so keep an eye out for that. This month I'll once again be participating in G's Magical Readathon - now known as the Orilium Magical Readathon. This time round it is the Autumn Equinox and we're trying to pass all our subjects to get our chosen career.

I've chosen Master of Elements and that means I need to read 9 books. However, I'm hoping to read as many books as I can to pass even more subjects.

My overall plan is to read 16 books in August; I want to catch-up on a few series and also read some of the older books on my backlog. I'm going to be busy most weekends but I'm hoping I can still get through these books, especially if I'm able to take a week off.

July 2022 | TBR

Another month, another TBR. This year is going by quickly! As always, this is just a short post to show my TBR for next month. My June Whateverathon Wrap-up will be coming in the next few days so keep an eye out for that! I don't think there are any readathons that I want to take part in this month, so I'm giving myself a break before all the readathons that will most likely happen in August and September.

My general plan is to read at least 12 books in July. It was quite tough to pick my TBR this month because I had no idea what I wanted to read, so I decided to pick some of the oldest books on my TBR that I needed to get to. I'm going to be busy most weekends in July but I'm hoping I can still get through these books!

This is a short(ish) post to show my TBR for April 2022. My March Wrap-up will be coming early next month so keep an eye out for that! This month I'll be participating in the Magical Readathon (hosted by G from BookRoast) which is finally back!! And I'll also be low-key participating in the Realmathon Readathon (hosted by Cassidy from CoverswithCassidy).

March TBR 2022

This is just a (slightly belated) short post to show my TBR for March 2022 featuring one of my cats!

I won't post much info about these books as I'll talk about them properly in my March wrap-up at the end of the month. My main focus this month is to finish/catch-up on some bigger fantasy series (especially since The Final Book Support Group is happening this month, hosted by the wonderful StephLoves!) and I'm also splitting that up with a couple of contemporaries from my backlist. So, the books I'm hoping to read are:

I usually read between 12-20 books a month so if I finish these books early then I'll just mood read for the rest of the month (However, I am still playing Horizon: Forbidden West right now so that is taking up a lot of my free time because it's an amazing game!)
